If you or your team require an introduction or help using the Audio Visual equipment at the University of Suffolk, we recommend booking a training session with our Audio Visual engineer.

These sessions are ideal for answering any questions you might have about using the Audio Visual equipment, wireless microphones and hearling loops. Sessions typically last between thirty minutes to an hour.  

We encourage all staff required to deliver presentations or lectures book a training session.

Setting up your security profile on the University of Suffolk’s password management tool means you can reset your password at any time without needing to contact the IT Service Desk.

To set up your profile, you’ll need to log in to the password management tool using your currently valid username and password. When you log in for the first time, you’ll need to provide answers to security questions. You’ll be prompted for those answers if you reset your password using the password management tool.
