- 11:33am[IT Services] Password and Security admin created Password and Security Setting up your security profile on the University of Suffolk’s password management tool means you can reset your password at any time without needing to contact the IT Service Desk. To set up your profile, you’ll need to log in to the password management tool using your currently valid username and password. When you log in for the first time, you’ll need to provide answers to security questions. You’ll be prompted for those answers if you reset your password using the password management tool.
