If you have forgotten your password and can’t log on, go to https://password.uos.ac.uk and follow these steps:

• Click the ‘Forgot my Password’ button

• Enter your username (e.g) S1234567 into the username box and click the “Next” button

• Enter your answer to the security question shown on screen and click the “Next” button

• You will now have a 6 digit “One Time Password” (OTP) sent to your email address and mobile phone. Wait to receive this number (it can take a few moments to arrive) and then enter it into the Password field. Click the “Next” button.

• Enter your new password into the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” boxes. Take note of the password rules to the right. Click the “Finish” button

• Your password will now be changed. Wait for the process to complete and then click the “Close” button.

• You will now be able to login with the password that you set.
