RS232 connection not working as soldered cable on 15-way D has bn broken off. Panel not switching on and off from 8 button panel.

Only mono audio playing from LCD panel attached speakers.

Desktop mains socket not working and faild by PAT testers

• re-connect connections on RS-232 connector
• speak to Estates re the mains socket

• Monitor arm tightened
• Laptop audio socket tightened
• Laptop vga socket screw pillar missing
• Laptop audio lead missing

• Replace missing laptop vga socket pillar
• Replace laptop audio lead

• one pillar missing on laptop vga socket.  The nut is also missing
• monitor pillar clamp tightened

• Replace laptop vga socket pillar

• both pillars missing on laptop vga socket

• replace both laptop vga socket pillars
