Jamie joined the IT Service Desk team full time in June 2015, after previously working as an IT Summer Technician between 2012 - 2014. He is currently studying for an FdSc in Network Engineering alongside his duties on the IT Service Desk.

His main job role involves managing and resolving the 1st and 2nd line IT support calls, looking after the Konica MFDs and running the Gallagher Access Control and ID Card production system.
