Hi, still having problems, even after following the new guidelines. The outlook account will not accept the ucs password of 7 digits. This is becoming a bit of a pain, think I'm just going to access my mail at UCS and not bother at home. Very Frustrating.

Is IT going to answer any of the above comments? It would be helpful to see the answers, as an ASA who supports students.

Hi Joanne,

The students above have been contacted via other means and their issues resolved. We could not reply to them on here, due to the fact one was a password issue and would contain confidential information, and the other we needed a lot more detail to determine the issue, and holding a conversation through the comments would not have proved appropriate.

Thank you for your concern, and as ever I.T services are here for any further questions and queries you may have.

Kind regards,

Hi
I'm also having problems accessing my email on web mail. I can log into My UCS and Learn UCS fine, so I clearly know the password. However, https://login.microsoftonline.com/common/login isn't accepting my login details, even after following this guide.

Any help would be appreciated - maybe I'm doing something stupid!

Worst thing UCS ever done, accessing my emails is terrible. Not to mention my library account, I have to get in touch with the library to renew my books!

I don't think its a good idea to switch email when other student on not on campus or have reasonable support on how to access their private emails. why is it mandatory to give a comment on something you don't have a clue?
