The Ipswich campus has a site license for Adobe Creative Cloud (CC). As part of this campus license, staff on the Ipswich payroll (accounts with an E prefix) may use the software at home on their personal equipment. Access is granted via an Adobe account created with a University of Suffolk email address.

If you wish to have access, please raise a request on our service desk portal, Minerva (https://minerva.uos.ac.uk). We can then provide the details of how to sign up.

IT Services do not offer any installation assistance on personal equipment, nor any training for Adobe software.  Extensive help and tutorials can be found from within the applications.  Additionally, the Adobe website has a help section, plus a section for self paced training. You can also access a wealth of training material through the University's Lynda.com subscription.
