This guide will show you how to use the Scan to One Drive feature using the Konica Minolta MFDs at the University of Suffolk.

1. Log in to the MFD by tapping your ID Card on the reader or by entering your username and password.

2. From the main menu, select Scan.


 

 

3. Select Scan to One Drive.

 

 

4. Press Change Settings if you want to make any changes to the format of the scanned document. Otherwise, press Start.
 

 


5. The first time you use this feature, you’ll receive an email asking you to authorise PaperCut to add scans to your One Drive. Once authorised, any subsequent scans will be added to One Drive automatically.

6. You can find your scans by logging in to One Drive and accessing the folder Apps > Scans for PaperCut MF.

This guide will show you how to use the Scan to Home Folder feature using the Konica Minolta MFDs at the University of Suffolk.

5. You can find your scans by accessing your University of Suffolk home drive (H:) on a PC or Mac on campus. They will show in your Documents area in a folder called Scans.

1. Log in to the MFD by tapping your ID Card on the reader or by entering your username and password.

2. From the main menu, select Device Functions.

 

 

3. From the Device Functions menu, choose Scan.

 

 

4. Place the documents you wish to scan on the MFD glass. For multiple pages use the feeder tray on the top.

 

 

5. Change any of the default settings to customise the format. For example, press the File Type and Colour buttons to change how your scanned document will appear.

 

 

6. If you wish to send the scan to your own email address, press the Email Me button.

 

 

7. If you want to send the scan to another email address, press Direct Input from the menu on the left and select Email to enter the address manually.

 

 

8. The button on the front of the MFD will light up blue. Press the button to complete the scan.

 

 

This guide will show you how to complete simply copying tasks using the Konica Minolta MFDs at the University of Suffolk.

1. Log in to the MFD by tapping your ID Card on the reader or by entering your username and password.

2. From the main menu, select Device Functions.

 

 

3. From the Device Functions menu, select Copy.

 

 

4. Place the documents you wish to scan on the MFD glass. For multiple pages use the feeder tray on the top.

 

 

5. Change any of the default settings to customise the format. For example, press the Duplex/Combine to change how the copies will be printed.

 

 

6. The button on the front of the MFD will light up blue. Press the button to complete the copy.
