Setting up email on a Blackberry

Please note, that the settings and instructions contained below are not guaranteed to work on all blackberry devices.


1. When in the menu layout, select the Setup folder.

2. Go to the Email settings folder.

3. Click the “Add” button to add your existing account.

4. Select “Other” and click Next

5. Enter your UCS email account address and your UCS logon password, click Next

6. An error message will be displayed and a new option appears which says “I will provide the settings” which you will select and click Next

7. Make sure Outlook Web Access is ticked, and then fill out the appropriate details as follows:

Outlook Web Access URL:

Username/password: a staff members username will be their E number and a students username will be the S number

Email account name: add your UCS email address, click Next
