This guide will show you how to add your University of Suffolk email to the Outlook app. 

 

1. Open Outlook. In the Welcome to Outlook window, enter your University of Suffolk student number followed by @uos.ac.uk (for example, s123456@uos.ac.uk). If you've already added an account to Outlook, you'll need to click on File > Add Account first. Click Connect.

 

 

2. In the Windows Security box that opens, enter your University of Suffolk password. This is the same password you use for other University systems like MySuffolk. Tick the 'Remember my credentials' box. Click OK.

 

 

3. You'll receive confirmation that the account setup is complete. Click OK

 

 

That's it! After a few moments, your email and calendar items will start syncing to Outlook.

1. Open Windows Mail and select Accounts.

 

 

2. From the Manage accounts menu, select Add account.

 

 

3. From the Add an account menu, select Exchange.

 

 

4. In the Email address field, enter your University of Suffolk student number followed by @uos.ac.uk (for example, s123456@uos.ac.uk). Press Next.

 

 

5. Enter the password for your University of Suffolk account. This is the same password you use for other University systems like MySuffolk. Press Sign in.

 

 

6. You'll receive confirmation that the account has been set up correctly. Click Done.
