Staff and students at the University of Suffolk can connect to Wi-Fi through eduroam, a free, international internet access service for the Higher Education and Research community.

We recommend using the Configuration Assistant Tool (CAT) to connect to eduroam. Using the eduroam CAT ensures your device is configured securely using the University of Suffolk’s customised installer.

To use eduroam at the University of Suffolk, you need to read and agree to the University of Suffolk, JANET and eduroam acceptable use policy. By configuring your devices and signing in to eduroam, you signify your agreement these policies.

You can find guides for using the CAT or to manually configure eduroam by selecting your device below.
