How to change your voicemail greetings message.
From your desk phone, while logged into your extension:
- Dial 55555 or press the voicemail key if lit
- Enter your passcode when prompted
- Press 8 when prompted
- Press 8 for user options
- Press 4 for greeting
- Press 7 to record/change your greeting
- Press # to stop recording
- Press 9 to save your greeting
- Replace the handset
- Dial your desk extension and let it go to voicemail (01473 3 plus your extension)
- Press * during your greeting
- Enter your passcode when prompted
- Press 8 for user options
- Press 4 for greeting
- Press 7 to record/change your greeting
- Press # to stop recording
- Press 9 to save your greeting
- Replace the handset
