The Directorate of IT Services is comprised of three teams:
- IT Service Desk
- Enterprise Services
- Business Support and Management
IT Services is responsible for all technical services delivered to staff and students within the University, except the student information and VLE systems.
IT Services follow a global standard for the delivery of IT to the University of Suffolk, called the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). This provides us guidelines on best working practices and the delivery of IT Service Management.
