How to edit email groups

This guide is for staff based at the Ipswich campus. 

To change the members of an email group, use the address book function in Outlook.  The button is located at the top right of the Outlook window, or use the keyboard shortcut ctrl+shift+B.


Locate or search for the group whose members you would like to edit.


In this example, we're changing the members of AS Staff.  Right click on the group and choose properties.


Beneath the list of members, click on Modify Members...


The group membership window allows you to add or remove members.  If you wish to add members, click on the add button and use the address book window to choose the new members.


Once the new members have been selected, you can click OK, and then click OK on each of the windows underneath.
